Website Capture options

Set viewport, page area, wait conditions, cookies, image format, blocking, and preview for one URL.

Updated November 2, 2026

Every URL row in Website Capture has its own options, which override the run defaults for that page. This page lists each option and explains the preview.

Open the settings on a URL row. The panel shows a preview at the top and the options below it. Changes apply only to that row.

Device and area

Device sets the browser viewport size.

DeviceViewport
Desktop1920 × 1080
Tablet768 × 1024
Mobile390 × 844

Area sets how much of the page is saved.

AreaSaves
ViewportThe visible browser area at the selected device size
Full pageThe whole scrollable page

Wait and delay

Wait until sets the browser event that must happen before the screenshot.

OptionCaptures after
LoadThe standard page load event (default)
DOM content loadedThe initial document is ready, before all images and styles finish
Network idleBackground requests have stopped

Delay adds extra time after that event, from 0 to 60 seconds. Enter the value in milliseconds or seconds. Use it for content that appears after the page reports it is ready, such as animations or late widgets.

Cookies sets how Temposhot handles consent banners.

OptionBehavior
Reject bannersDeclines the banner where possible
Accept minimalAccepts only the minimum consent
Hide onlyHides the banner without answering it
Leave unchangedCaptures the page with the banner as shown

Banner handling is best effort. Some custom consent systems still appear in the screenshot.

Format and quality

FormatQuality setting
JPEG (default)1 to 100
PNGNot used; PNG is lossless
WebP1 to 100

Ads and trackers

Block ads and Block trackers are on by default. Turn one off when the page needs a resource the blocker removes, or when the screenshot must match what a browser without blockers shows.

Preview

  1. Render

Select Render preview. The preview uses the current options in the panel.

  2. Inspect

Double-click the preview to view it at a larger size.

  3. Keep or adjust

Select Download preview to save the rendered image. If you change an option afterwards, the preview is marked Out of date until you render it again.

  4. Reset

Select Reset URL settings to remove the row's overrides and return to the run defaults.
