Setup, capture, editing and export, in the order most people need them. New to Temposhot? Start with the quick start.

Get started

  1. Quick startInstall Temposhot, grant the permissions you need, and complete your first automated screenshot session.
  2. macOS permissionsGive Temposhot access to capture the screen, focus windows, send keypresses, and monitor clicks.
  3. Navigation and shortcutsOpen each Temposhot workspace and move between capture, history, settings, and Documents.

Screenshot capture

  1. Screens, windows, and custom areasChoose an entire display, one app window, or a resizable part of the screen as the capture source.
  2. Stop conditions, intervals, and keypressesControl how often Temposhot captures, what happens after each frame, and when the session stops.
  3. Capture presetsApply a built-in capture setup or save your own combination of timing, stop, and keypress options.
  4. Action CaptureRecord a workflow as pre-click screenshots with automatic titles, cursor overlays, and click markers.
  5. Run and review Action CapturePause, resume, finish, recover, and reopen Action Capture work.
  6. Capture controls and recoveryPause, resume, finish, and recover Auto Capture when the screen or Mac changes.

Website capture

  1. Website Capture quick startBuild a URL list, choose concurrency, and capture several public pages as one run.
  2. Website Capture optionsSet viewport, page area, wait conditions, cookies, image format, blocking, and preview for one URL.
  3. Website Capture runs and resultsUnderstand page states, cancel or retry individual URLs, and review a completed website batch.

Sessions and export

  1. Capture HistoryReview saved sessions, select Frames, reopen Documents, and manage completed or partial captures.
  2. Export capturesExport selected capture frames as ZIP, PNG or JPG images, searchable PDF, or MP4.

Documents

  1. Documents libraryCreate, open, rename, export, select, and delete editable screenshot Documents.
  2. Add and organize Document pagesUpload images, import sessions, continue with a new capture, and reorder or duplicate pages.
  3. Document Editor tools and shortcutsUse the canvas, page inspector, annotation tools, undo, redo, zoom, and keyboard shortcuts.
  4. Focus on action, crop, and framingFocus a Page on the captured action, choose framing levels, or define a manual crop.
  5. Export a DocumentExport finished Document pages as PDF, PNG, JPG, WebP, or ZIP.

Settings and account

  1. General and History settingsChoose the app language and export folder, configure Auto Export, and control local session retention.
  2. LicenseActivate, restore, manage, or deactivate a Temposhot license.
  3. Billing, receipts, cancellations, and refundsFind your receipt, manage recurring billing, understand card statements, and request a Temposhot refund.
