What can I do without paying?
The download is free. Free includes Auto Capture with a per-session screenshot limit, Action Capture guides of up to 5 steps per session, unlimited Documents with text, shapes, arrows and framing, and Document export to PDF, PNG, JPG, WebP and ZIP.
Are my screenshots uploaded anywhere?
No. Temposhot saves sessions, Documents and exports on your Mac. Capturing and exporting work offline; only the update check uses the internet.
How does the Pro license work?
Lifetime licenses are one payment: $39 for 1 Mac or $109 for up to 3 Macs. The subscription covers up to 3 Macs for $12 a month or $72 a year and includes app updates while it is active.
How many Macs can I use with one purchase?
Lifetime, 1 Mac activates one Mac. Lifetime, 3 Macs and the subscription activate up to 3. Deactivate a Mac in Settings > License to move its activation to another one.
When can I buy Pro?
Online checkout is not open yet. Download the free version now; the purchase buttons on this site will open checkout as soon as it is available.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Pro purchases can be refunded in full within 14 days of the purchase date. Email support@temposhot.com from the address used for the purchase.
Does Temposhot run on Windows or Linux?
No. Temposhot is a Mac app for Apple Silicon and needs macOS 14 or later.
What does the key press option do?
Auto Capture can send a key after every screenshot, for example Right Arrow to turn a page or Page Down to scroll. Without a key, it only waits for the interval and captures again.
Who is responsible for what I capture?
You are. Capture only content you own or are allowed to copy, follow the terms of the service it comes from, and do not use Temposhot to get around access controls or DRM. Temposhot does not review or host your captures.
