Website Screenshot Automation on Mac

Add URLs, set the capture options, run the batch and export the screenshots, all from one window.
Website Capture of three URLs with four concurrent browsers

How Temposhot works

  1. Step 1

    Add URLs

Paste a list in one go or add rows one by one.

  2. Step 2

    Set the options

Device size, viewport or full page, wait rule, format and quality per URL.

  3. Step 3

    Run, check, export

Capture the batch, look over the results, export images, ZIP, PDF or MP4.

Paste a URL list

Bulk insert turns a list into rows

Copy URLs from a note, a spreadsheet, a sitemap or a crawl report and paste them in. Domains and full URLs both work, and each one gets its own row.

  • Domains or full URLs
  • One row and one result per URL
  • Keep the list for the next run

Pasted list

Row 1
example.com
Row 2
example.com/pricing
Row 3
example.org/docs
Row 4
example.org/blog

Adjust capture options for each URL

Change only what a page needs

Select a row to preview the page and override the defaults. Wait for Load, DOM content loaded or network idle, then add a delay for content that appears later.

  • Viewport or full-page capture
  • Reject, accept minimal, hide or leave cookie banners
  • Ad and tracker blocking, on by default
  • JPEG, PNG or WebP output

Review the batch and export the result

Results sit next to the URL list

Finished screenshots stay with the session, so you can check every page before you hand anything over.

  • Export single screenshots
  • ZIP for a folder handoff
  • PDF or MP4 for a report
Website Capture results beside the URL list

Use the output where it belongs

Exported file names can include the source domain, so each screenshot stays traceable to its URL.

QA notes

Attach the exact page state to a ticket.

Audits

Capture the same URL set before and after a change.

Client reports

Hand over a PDF of every page in the batch.

Archives

Keep a dated copy of pages you are responsible for.

FAQ

Can I capture website screenshots automatically on a Mac?

Yes. Website Capture takes a list of URLs, captures each page with the settings you chose, and keeps the results together for review and export.

How many websites can one batch hold?

Paste as many URLs as you need, one per line, or add rows one at a time. Each URL becomes its own row with its own result.

Can different URLs use different settings?

Yes. Select a row before the batch starts to change its device size, viewport or full-page mode, wait event, delay, cookie banner handling, blocking, format and quality.

Is it useful for recurring audits or SEO reports?

Running the same URL set again gives you a dated visual record for reports and comparisons. It is not legal or cryptographic evidence.

Can batches run on a schedule?

No. Website Capture keeps the URL list and settings so you can run the batch again, but you start each run yourself.

Is this the same as crawling a site?

No. Website Capture screenshots the URLs you give it. It does not discover pages; pair it with a crawler or a sitemap when you need the URL list.

Ready to automate screenshots on your Mac without scripts?
